Douglas L. Parker, REA President
Douglas L. Parker, President and co-founder of Phoenix Environmental, Inc., has more than twenty years of experience in the hazardous waste and oil industries. He has held various positions ranging from environmental engineering, construction, regulatory compliance, treatment/recycling, transportation, marketing and finally executive management.
Gaining valuable education and training from an early career in the United States Air Force, Doug took his knowledge and turned it towards a commercial career. He has since worked on a variety of projects over the years ranging in size from very small to multi-million dollar projects. The scope of his knowledge and understanding in industries that are governed by complicated rules, regulations and unique customer needs is unmatched as a result of his past training and experience.
Jeff Creamer, CEO
Jeff Creamer, CEO and Co-founder of Phoenix Environmental, Inc., brings twenty years of experience in the liquid waste industry. Starting at a young age in a small, family owned business, he held the position of Chief Executive of Sales. After proving himself in that area he later would be promoted to President guiding the company for many years and bringing both growth and stability to the firm.
Continuing to promote his expertise in the industry, he worked in every area of the business including management, construction, marketing and transportation, successfully transforming the business into a multi-million dollar corporation.
The scope of his expertise is evident today in his continuing effort to service his clients and to apply his vast knowledge to the success and reputation of Phoenix Environmental, Inc.
James R. Christ, COO
James R. Christ, Chief Operating Officer of Phoenix Environmental has 19 years of experience in the environmental industry. He has worked with major companies such as: Albertsons, Bashas, BP, CNN, Costco, Cumberland Farms, Dept. of Defense, E.T. Tacos, Exxon Mobil, Furs, Kroger, M&M Landscape, Napa Auto Parts, Quick Trip, Safeway, San Diego Airport, Shell, TBS, The Federal Government and Vons, Conoco Philips and Auto Zone.
James offers a strong background in the environmental industry holding various positions such as Equipment Operator, Supervisor, Department Manager, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Chief Operating Officer, President/CEO and successful business owner. In California, as chief operational officer of an environmental company he managed a team of 5 people into a professional staff of over 100 people which took annual sales of $250,000 to an average of $10,000,000 in annual revenue. The greatest measure of this success is due to his personal enthusiasm, loyalty and commitment to business, community and family.
Blane Bockhacker, Director of Business Development
Blane Bockhacker, Director of Business Development, brings a wealth of business acumen with over 27 years of operations and management experience, gained in the warehousing and distribution of textiles and food products; then in the manufacturing and production of machined components for aerospace, medical, ware wash, commercial, automotive, motorcycle, personal watercraft aftermarkets, and extreme sports industries. In 1994 he teamed with two other business associates to help start and develop a manufacturing business in Southern California. Under his leadership, the company grew from a small start-up, into a multi-million dollar enterprise. He maintains an extensive network of business relationships and looks forward to assisting Phoenix Environmental, Inc. in its future growth throughout the eleven western states, while applying his expertise in unmatched customer service.
