Disposal/Recycling Services

Phoenix Environmental offers the proper and safe disposal/recycling of hazardous and non-hazardous waste streams. These waste streams include, but are not limited to, liquids, solids and sludge. Phoenix Environmental is licensed, permitted and insured to transport non-hazardous, non-RCRA (California Regulated Waste) and RCRA (Resource Conservation and Recovery Act) waste streams.

As referenced within our company profile, Phoenix Environmental will steer its clients towards recycling whenever possible. Recycling technologies are available for many of the waste streams listed within this section. On rare occasions and for those waste streams that there is not a recycling technology available today, there still exists incineration or landfill at properly permitted, licensed and insured treatment storage and disposal facilities (TSDF).

Phoenix Environmental only utilizes those TSDFs and/or recycling facilities where they have performed a site audit. All TSDFs are permitted by Department of Toxic Substance Control (DTSC) and/or the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) as well as other local, state and federal regulatory agencies. When permitted by the afformentioned agencies, there is oversight as well as reporting to these agencies that is required of the TSDFs and/or recycling facilities.

All waste streams will be properly analyzed and/or profiled prior to Phoenix Environmental scheduling the transportation and disposal of our clients individual streams. When you are a client of Phoenix Environmental we offer our compliance department as a point of reference.
