Phoenix Environmental provides remediation of contaminated soils. Whether the contaminated soil is related to a spill, leaking underground storage tank, etc., we are your soil remediation, transportation and disposal/recycling experts.

Our staff can review and prepare a detailed proposal/contract on your existing Phase II Site Assessment or we can perform a Phase II Site Assessment for your firm and then continue on with the Phase III or the actual remediation process.

We will prepare work plans as well as site-specific health & safety plans as a part of the soil remediation project. We have the ability to utilize an off-site third party laboratory for confirmatory samples or an on-site mobile laboratory, which offers a more expedient turn-around for analytical results.

Our 40-hour trained heavy-equipment operators are some the best in the industry. Safety is paramount when operating heavy-equipment on a remediation/construction site.

Phoenix Environmental offers attention to every detail, including but not limited to, dust control, scheduling of transfers/end-dumps for soil being transported off-site, processing of documents utilized in transportation, communication with regulatory agencies, proper documentation of both contaminated and confirmatory samples logs, and much more.

Phoenix Environmental will prepare a comprehensive closure report for the client’s submittal to the appropriate regulatory agencies. Closure reports will be signed and stamped by a registered environmental assessor, a certified geologist or a professional engineer based on local oversight requirements.
